  • 100 grams desicated coconut
  • 150 grams White or raw sugar
  • 3 Eggs.
  • 440 grams Milk (Any)
  • 100 grams Self Raising Flour
  • pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla esence

Recipe's preparation

    Method - Pre Heat Oven 160 degrees celsius
  1. Place all ingredients in the TM bowl 

  2. Put lid on with Measuring Cup in 20 Seconds

    Speed 3.5 

  3. Pour mixture (will appear quite wet) into pie dish or casserole dish and place in Pre Heated oven for 45-55 minutes until no longer wobbly and appearing golden brown around edges. If you would like to top with some extra coconut for last 15 minutes of baking this will brown up nicely but this is not integral. 

Tip

Can be made with GF flour or Coconut Flour and can use less sugar or stevia for a low/no sugar version.
