    Glad you like!

I just made a batch last week, baby #3 seemed to want to feed more often (4mth growth spurt) so I needed a quick boost! They are the best, good luck on your Bf journey x

Easy and yummy. I didn't have oats, which I know is a key in ingrediant, but I added 50mg quinoa which at least is v healthy and about 20-30g chia seeds. I added 10g less of golden syrup and sugar as I'm not really a sweet tooth and with all the chocolate too I think it's a bit unhealthy. I added dark hazelnut choc which is v yummy. Thanks for this. Next time will add even less sugar.

Looks great! I would also add fenugreek as well, if you were having supply issues... That is a very very effective lactation ingredient!
