  • 120 grams brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 270 grams plain flour
  • 100 grams Mini M&M’s
  • 75 grams crushed nuts

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees

  2. Insert butterfly and cream butter & sugar. Speed 3, 4 minutes or until pale and creamy.

  3. Remove butterfly, add egg and vanilla, mix speed 4 10 seconds or until combined. 

  4. Add flour, M & Ms, and nuts, mix 30 seconds speed 3 or until well combined. Mixture should form a soft dough. 

  5. Roll pieces of dough into walnut size balls, put on lined baking tray and push down gently. 

  6. Bake for 10 minutes, let cool on tray for 10 minutes before moving to wire rack to cool completely.

    These are so delicious. Left out the nuts so they can go to daycare and swapped plain flour for self raising after Kedgeree's review.

    Nice recipe baked it with chocolate chunks instead of m&m's ans added a teasp. baking soda (tried some without but found them way too flat)
