Batter

  • 113 g Butter
  • 30 g green tea powder
  • 40 g white chocolate
  • 225 g caster sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 75 g all purpose flour

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line an 8×8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.

    2. Chop Butter & Chocolate for 5 sec on speed 5, (scrape down the side)

    3. Melt Butter & Chocolate 2mins 60c on speed 1,

    4. Add the matcha powder, 5 seconds, speed 3 or 4

    5. Stir in sugar, salt, eggs and vanilla extract, 5 seconds speed 3 or 4

    6. Add flour and stir until well combined, 5 seconds speed 3 or 4

    You can choose to add in a few more chopped pieces of chocolate here and combine, 5 seconds, speed 3 or 4.

    7. Spread batter into the prepared pan

    8. Bake for 30 minutes. The edges should be set and centre is firm but still just slightly underdone. A toothpick should come out with a few moist crumbs attached. Let cool 10 minutes at least before lifting out by parchment overhang to slice into squares.

    I used milk chocolate instead of white and still turned out fine tmrc_emoticons.) adapt this to your own liking.
