Ingredients
- 125 g Butter, Chopped
- 300 g bananas, peeled weight, Chopped
- 1 teaspoon bicarb soda
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence/Extract
- 110 g raw sugar
- 2 eggs
- 220 g self-raising flour
- 20 g Milk

Preheat oven to 180 deg, fan forced.
Line a 14 x 21cm loaf pan with Glad Bake.
Add butter and bananas to bowl and chop for 3 seconds, Sp 5.
Add all other ingredients and mix 3-4 seconds, Sp 5. Scrape down sides of bowl and mix 15 seconds, Sp 5.
Pour into prepared pan and cook for 1 hour. Cool on a wire rack.

Great, easy recipe. I used less sugar (i think about 80g and it tasted lovely).
Made this today. Very yummy. Next time will cook on 160 for 70-80 mins as it caved in the middle and started to burn BUT boy was it good! Thanks for sharing.

Made this again yesterday - DD tells me next time I have to make 2 at a time! I made it using frozen banana and frozen butter and worked a treat - just needed a little more mixing. Yummo!
