- 4 egg
- Pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp Almond Flavouring/Extract
- 80 g self-raising flour
- 80 g plain flour
- 55 g almond, raw
- slivered almonds

Preheat oven to 160°C
Grease 18cm round cake tinGrind Almonds - 10 seconds sp 5 Set aside
Weigh in Sugar - mill 10 seconds sp9
Insert Butterfly
Add Margerine - 1min 30sec spd 4
Beat in eggs 1 at a time over 30 seconds sp3Remove Butterfly Whisk
Add remanining ingredients and ground almonds - 30 seconds; "Counter-clockwise operation" ; spd 3Pour into cake tin
Decorate with slivered almonds (optional)
Bake 1 hour
