- 250 grams macadmia nuts
- 9 --- Fresh pitted medjool dates
- 3-4 tablespoons coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut flakes

Weigh in raw cashews, macadmias, and dates, Blend on Speed 9 for 10 seconds. Add cacao powder, coconut oil, and flaked coconut, blend again Speed 9 for 7 seconds. Scoop out, and place on lined slice tray, and freeze for 5 minutes till firm, then slice into bite size pieces, and freeze again. Later can place in covered container and either store in freezer or fridge. ENJOY!

Tip
A guilt free snack with no sugar, so easy, and can use to stop sugar cravings. May substitute seeds in place of nuts.

Great recipe thanks, halved it, used almonds instead of macadamia as that's all I had, and added some cocoa nibs as they needed using up 👌
Nice but too much of a macadamia taste for me. Next time I might try almonds. Thanks for the recipe
