Delicious and chewy in the centre with crispy edges.

I made these last week and they were a hit with the family! Needless to say they didn't last for long. Thanks for sharing your recipe

Can't get over how amazing these cookies were. So easy to freeze in little balls for freshly baked cookies at any time. The peanut butter variation is great too.

Just made these again for the 4th time but only made a half batch. I always keep powdered eggs in the pantry (I use them for many different recipes) and of course you make up as many or as little egg/s as you need. As there is only hubby and myself at home (both sons moved out) 20 cookies is plenty to share and keep fresh! Will always make the full batch when the boys come home though! Love, love these cookies!  Cooking 7

Just put mine in the oven now. Hoping they are chewy as I'm not a fan of crispy cookies. And I never seen to get them right! fingers crossed! Cookie dough tastes great tmrc_emoticons.p

The husband loved these! Couldn't bring myself to use all that sugar so I used half and they were still all eaten in 2 days! Thank you!
