- 75 g plain flour
- 90 g Saltanas
- 90 g brown sugar
- 30 g desicated coconut

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Place butter in TM bowl. If necessary, soften for 40 seconds, 50 degrees speed 4. Add golden syrup and melt for 2 min 70 degrees speed 2.
Add all dry ingredients to bowl. Scrape down sides then mix for 10 seconds "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 4-5, or until combined.
Press mixure into a small baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 15 minutes.
Leave to cool before cutting into squares to serve.

So good, love the richness of the golden syrup
This slice was really easy to whip up and tastes delicious. Master 2 and 6 loved it. I would double the mixture next time to fill a slice tin.
