For the Gravy
Tip
I use this gravy to go with the "Healthy 'Roast' Chicken" from Devil of a cookbook, which is delicious by the way.
In this recipe the Chicken is coated in a marinade made with 1 tablespoon of rock salt (as well as paprika, lemon rind and parsley). For this reason, the reserved liquid (chicken stock) is already salted. How much salt you need to use will depend on the roast chicken you make, as well as personal preference.

Added gravox to mix made it more flavoursome
I made it with rice flour to make it gluten free but it was a bit watery so I added a little cornflour. Very tasty
This was simple yet effective and worked nicely. Thank you!

Was really lovely I made this with turkey juices and a tablespoon of chicken stock paste I really liked it but hubby couldn't get over the almost white colour and wouldn't even try it !! Daughter loved it too though !
Nice flavours but needs some colour... Perhaos a dash of soy sauce to add colour and replace additional salt
So easy, and very tasty!
this was a simple but great gravy. i didn't salt my chook much so I really needed to add more salt to the reserved liquid but other than that it was a good recipe. Thanks
