- 300 g plain flour
- 260 g Butter
- 165 g raw sugar
- 1 egg
- 800 g pears, cooked or preserved
- 200 g Blackberry jam
- 200 g almonds, whole
- 150 g berries, frozen

Preheat oven to 180 C.
Place 175g flour, 140g butter and 90g raw sugar into TM bowl, mix 6 secs speed 4 to form breadcrumbs.
add egg and mix 6 secs speed 4 to combine.
Bake 15 mins or until brown, set aside to cool.
Mill 75 g sugar, 125g flour and almonds together in TM bowl, 10 secs on speed 10, put aside.
Place pears, blackberry jam and 1/2 almond mix (from base step) and remaining 120g butter into tm bowl, mix 10 secs speed 6. Spoon 1/2 this mix over cooled base.
Sprinkle frozen berries over almond mix and spread the remaining mix over the top.
Bake a further 40 mins or until golden brown. Cool and slice.
