Ingredients
CHICKEN
- 4 portions chicken breast, cut in half
- 1 tablespoon onion salt
- 1/4 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, for brushing meat
SALSA VERDE
- 2 portion Green Chillies
- 1 portion garlic clove
- 2 portions spring onions
- 4 heaped tablespoons corriander, fresh leaves
- 4 heaped tablespoon mint, fresh leaves
- 2 tsp OilveOil
- 1 portion avocado, fresh
DOUGH
- 180 g buck wheat, milled
- 260 g water
- 500 g bakers flour
OTHER
- 1 jar sour cream
- 1 portion lime, fresh

place spices and chicken into a bowl with oil and rub in well, marinate for 10 mins.
Fill TM bowl with 500 ml water. Place chicken into varoma dish and put in position. Cook 15 mins/Varoma/speed 2. Check it is cooked (cook another 5-10 mins if not ready)
place buckwheat in TM bowl and mill 20 secs speed 10.
add water and bakers flour and knead 2 mins.
roll out on thermomat and flash fry the torillas in a heavy based frypan using oil to prevent sticking OR try cooking in your sandwich press.
place all ingredients except avocado into TM bowl. Mix 5 secs speed 7, scrape down sides. Peel and 1/4 avocado and place into bowl, mix 5 secs speed 5, place aside into a serving bowl.
assemble burritos with sour cream spread on the base, adding chicken slices and salsa verde as desired.
Squeeze over some lime juice. Enjoy!
