  • 1 pinch pink salt, ground
  • 25 grams Maple syrup
  • 25 grams coconut oil
  • 60 grams Coconut Flour
  • 10 grams cacao powder

Recipe's preparation

    Mill
  1. Chia seeds 2 mins speed 10

    scrape down and repeat until rough powder

  2. Add
  3. Add to Closed lid"Closed lid" dates and coconut, 30 secs speed 8

    Scrape down and repeat once

    Add all other ingredients and mix for 20 secs at speed 8

    Scrape down and repeat

    If mixture is too dry add 5 grams extra maple syrup or coconut oil

     

  4. Roll
  5. Take a small about of mixture and roll into a ball

    Poke some hazlenuts into the centre of half of the balls and dust with cacao powder

    Roll the rest with coconut

    Yum!

    If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
