Tip
What I like about this recipe is it uses raw pumpkin so you dont have to cook it first.

very tasty; great way to hide veges for kids
Love them. Just wondering if you could use olive oil or macadamia oil
Although they taste fine and was a good use of leftover raw pumpkin, this recipe didn't really work for me. The mix was very runny so I added a lot more almond meal. The cookies were very flat and soft.
Really nice, but next time I would double or triple the recipe as I only made 8 biscuits. I lowered my oven to 170 too. Don't think the kids will like them, but I'll look forward to eating them with a cup of coffee!
Great because you use raw pumpkin. Great with Jap or with butternut!
