Ingredients

State of Origin Choc Chip Cookies

  • 180 gram soft butter
  • 180 gram castor sugar
  • 190 gram brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 320 gram plain flour
  • t tsp baking powder
  • pinch salt
  • 440 gram state of origin m & m's or dark choc chips

Recipe's preparation

    State of Origin Choc Chip Cookies
  1. Place butter, and sugars into TM bowl and cream together for 1 minute on speed 6,

    Add eggs while on speed 3 until combined, about 10 seconds.

    Add flour baking powder, and salt and set dial to closed lid positionClosed lid"Closed lid" , and mix for 40 seconds on interval speedDough mode"Dough mode" .  May need to scrape down sides in this time.

    Finally add m & m's (choc chips), thare are a lot, so firstly I mix for 15 seconds on reverseCounter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" + soft speedGentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting" .  Then mix in with spatula.

    Place heaped tablespoons of mix on a lined baking tray leaving room for them to spread.

    Bake at 180c for 15 - 20 minutes (depending on your oven) or until teh biscuits are beginning to brown lightly and are firm to the touch.  Transfer to a cake rack to cool.

Tip

Of course these can just be made with choc chips and are just as delicious.
