  • 380g strawberries
  • 150g raw sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 220g Plain Flour.
  • 2tsp baking powder
  • 1 Pinch salt
  • 100g Milk
  • 2tsp natural vanilla extract
  • 1tsp bicab soda

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Preheat oven 180c grease your tin tmrc_emoticons.) 

    2. Add strawberries to bowl and mash 5 sec/ speed 6

    3. add butter, sugar and mix 20sec/ speed 4 

    4. Add eggs and mix 10sec/ speed 4 

    5. Add the rest of ingredients and combine 20 sec/speed 4 

    6. Pour in to tin and bake for about 1 hour on 180'c

    Cooked for an hour and it is still wet on the inside and starting to overcook on the outside. Very dissapointed what a waste of strawberries tmrc_emoticons.(
