Strawberry pot set yoghurt

  • 300g strawberries
  • 70g sugar
  • 100g Pot set Yoghurt
  • 1 litre UHT milk
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 100g cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • lemon juice
  • 250g water

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place strawberries and sugar in the bowl and cook 11min/100deg/sp1.
    Blend 15sec/sp6
    Place strawberry couli into yoghurt jars.
    Rinse out bowl and place 1000g water and 1 cup of vinegar into bowl and use kettle mode. (This cleans the bowl).
    once complete wipe out bowl and place pot set yoghurt, cream, milk powder, uht milk, sugar and vanilla essence into bowl and mix 10sec/sp4.
    Use warm up mode 40deg.
    Divide yoghurt mixture into jars.
    Rince bowl.
    Place 250g water and a squirt of lemon juice in bowl. Place varoma on top and put yoghurt jars in.
    Fermentation mode 70deg/10hrs.
    place in fridge to cool.
