These were delicious. I used a fairly large apple and banana, and SR flour and the muffins were beautifully sweet and soft. All 3 of my boys loved them. Thanks for a great sugar-free school snack recipe!
This was easy to make and they tasted delicious and sweet. I made them for a kids playdate and they were devoured.
I added an extra apple and used quinoa flour, nice and moist but I think maybe another banana or some sultanas might add a little flavour.
Delish. I didn't have almonds so used cashews. Also used GF flour and turned out well. Would be so yummy with choc chips!
These are delicious! I used wholemeal SR flour as the flour option, and also added a carrot to up the healthiness my 1 year old loved them! Thanks
loved them, thank-u
Made these using water instead of juice and they are great. Kids love their new 'cupcakes'!
Great sugar free version. I used wholemeal spelt flour and they turned out great.
