Recipe's preparation

  1.  Place all ingredients in bowl and mix on speed 5 for 20 seconds - REVERSE or until all combined

  2. Pour into lined tin and bake on 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through

    ive used chunks of apples instead or currants and topped with applices for decorations! Yummy!!!

    I made this with chai tea - and it was FANTASTIC.  Also great with crio bru for more of a chocolate tone!
