Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Add Milk, Cream and Vanilla Essence into TM bowl
Combine for 3 seconds
"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1.5Add Flour, Castor Sugar and kneed
"Dough mode" for 1 min 30Tip mixutre onto bench
Using a glass or scone cutter cut your scones approx 2.5 cm thick
Place in oven and bake for 10min or until golden brown

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
