    WheetBix Balls
  1. Place all the ingredients except one tablespoon of the desiccated coconut in a blender and blend until smooth like a fudge. Add a small amount of water if needed to combine ingredients well.
  2. 2. Roll tablespoonful of mixture into balls, you should be able to make 20 balls
  3. 3. Roll balls in remaining desiccated coconut and serve
  4. 4. Two balls make 1 serve. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for up to 3 months.
