Ingredients
Crust
- 375 grams plain flour
- 175 grams cold unsalted butter, cubed
- 90 grams raw sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Topping
- 300 grams sweetened condensed milk, Regular or Low fat
- 225 grams Nestle White Chocolate Chips
- 250 grams whole almonds, you can leave skins on

White Chocolate and Almond Magic Bars
Preheat (200°C) or (180 for fan forced)Crust
Place raw sugar into TMX bowl speed 9 for 10 seconds to create icing sugar.
Place the rest of the ingredients into the TMX bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and mix slowly up to speed 4 for 20-30 seconds. Stop to scrape down the sides if required.
Press into the base of a lightly greased 9" x 13" pan lined with non-stick baking paper and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly.
Topping :
Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumb crust. Sprinkle with white chocolate chips and almondsBake :
For 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars. Store loosely covered at room temperature.See more

Made this today. Just tweeked a few things though to make it work a little better. Processed the base more to make it bind a little easier. And blitzed the white chocolate and almonds, as well as combining the white choc and almonds with the condensed milk then adding to the top of the base.
