- 90g Milk
- 1 egg
- 1tbs golden syrup or honey
- 65g Butter
- 30g raw sugar
- 1tsp ginger, optional you could use vanilla

grind sugar 10secs speed9 scrape down
add add everything else except flour mix 15secs speed/5 scrape down
add flour and mix 20secs speed 4
now i used poached quince recipe on thermo-envy on facebook but you could use any cooked fruit i think.I put large piece drained quince in bottom of 12 silicone moulds then added batter evenly
cook in veroma for 30mins/veroma/speed 2
I used the steamed ginger pudding recipe from edc to create this dessert

Tip
I mad epoached quince to make this recipe i do a recipe that takes 3hours well worth the wait but i think any cooked drained fruit would work
