I'm cooking this today

Recipe's preparation

    pastry
  1. just put flour and raw sugar mix 10secs speed 9

add everthing else mix on speed 5 till combine into pastry approx 10-20secs speed /5

its very soft because of nuttlex but i ndusted with plenty flour to stop sticking and rest wrapped in mat for couple hours

you will have to work fast using flour to help with rolling out,i managed to make 24 shells .bake in oven for 10mins 160 till cooked

i only had one tin so i put rest pastry in fridge while the others cooking

  2. mousse
  3. mix on speed 4 till combined you will have to do a few times and scrape down, you could double mix but i found just enough.do taste test to adjust cocoa or sweetner.once smooth i put in piping bag in fridge for a while to cool then fill cooled shells .i topped with a fresh rasberry

Tip

you can use sugar or agave
