  1. Place all ingredients into mixing bowl and Turbo/1 sec/2-3 times.

  2. Transfer into serving bowls and serve with fresh yoghurt and additional sliced fruit as desired.

    Yummy, I also made the Berry Coulis, drizzled over Greek yoghurt & sprinkled with this, I used half the dates & substituted with other half dried apricots & cranberries - sensational!

    So quick & tasty! I half the recipe & pre-soak the dates for a few minutes. So delicious with Greek yogurt & fresh berries...

    This is so good. Sometimes add dried apricots for a change instead of dates or as well as. Serve with Greek yogurt and it's the best breaky and so quick.
