Absolutely love this!
I used 1 generous Tbsp of cornflour instead of plain flour. Added some minced chilli. Used only 150g sugar. Also used the Baba's curry powder. Gorgeous with a cheese platter. Am going to make again tomorrow, as have lots of home grown Zucchini at the moment. Thanks for recipe!
The best zucchini relish I added chilli and sooo yum
Lo e this recipe. Thank you
This is the best recipe Thankyou. A hit with everyone.
This is so good, yum, yummy. Will definitely make again 👍
Yum yum have just made this so easy and quick. From my small taste that I have so far this is going to be amazing with cold meats and crackers and cheese
Yummy yum yum! Great way to use up the zucchini’s from the garden. I didn’t use the corn, only had mustard seeds instead of powder and next time I will cut out some sugar to approx 150g. Off to make my second batch now!
Currently have a glut of zucchinis. This relish is perfect for this problem!!!
I have made it numerous times, omitting some ingredients that i didn't have to hand - once without corn, once without tumeric, once without capsicum and once with marinated capsicum - all turned out perfectly.
Many thanks.
Nom nom! Love it -great with crackers & cheese & also a great gift 🎁
