Shredded Chicken
Tip
This chicken is so moist it is lovely in sandwiches, tossed through a quinoa salad or a leafy salad.
I have it in the fridge ready for lunches and topping for rice thins, cruskits etc...

I didn't line the varoma, just whatever juices transfer with the chicken into the TM bowl is sufficient.
Great simple recipe, good for lunches. Thanks for sharing
Yum, just made this. I have a function tomorrow, need to make about 20 rounds of chicken sandwiches so I used 6 big chicken thigh fillets. Laid them in two layers in varoma trays and cooked it for 20 minutes once temp had reached varoma. Emptied bowl then put the chicken and stock/yoghurt coating in to the bowl in two batches. Great result, thanks for the recipe!
Just wondered, with the instructions above, where you say "Place chicken and all juices and paste into TM bowl." Where are these juices? as immediately prior you said to empty the bowl.
Was the varoma tray to be lined with paper, hence catching the juices? Else wouldn't they have all dripped into the water. Sorry, Im new to Varoma so need to clarify before I try the recipe. Thanks. Jane
