  • 1 Green Apple - skin on and quartered
  • 25 grams almonds
  • 15 grams Shredded coconut
  • 45 grams dates
  • 10 grams Quinoa flakes
  • 5 grams Goji Berries
  • 60 grams rolled oats
  • 25 grams sunflower seeds
  • 25 grams Pepita Seeds
  • 25 grams macadamia nuts

Recipe's preparation

  1. Another two ingredients I often add are chia and linseed, about 1 tbsp of each. Place all ingredients into TM Bowl. Turbo until desired consistency. This is usually a couple of Turbos.

    This is wonderful with yoghurt. Also great sprinkled on porridge or other cereals.

Tip

Keeps well in the refrigerator.3-4 days.

Feel free to add other ingredients to your liking but this will give you a good healthy mix-a couple of extras that I often add are chia(1tbsp) and linseed(1 tblsp)
