Recipe's preparation

    Prep your bowl
  1. Add 1 Litre of water and 50grams vinegar to bowl and set 10min/Varoma/Sp2 - discard liquid. This ensures a nice clean bowl for your yoghurt and you are less for your yoghurt to fail

  2. Yoghurt
  3. 1. Into your empty bowl add milk, milk powder, yoghurt, vanilla & sugar and heat 7mins/37deg/sp3
    2. Once heated leave all ingredients in the bowl and using the Fermentation Mode set 8-10 hours/ 40 degrees

Tip

UHT Milk - this is heat treated and makes for quick yoghurt making, if you are using fresh milk you need to heat the milk only for 10min/90deg let cool to 37 degrees and then continue with the recipe

    Recipe is created for
    TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Excellent recipe! I only used 35 g of sugar and found it was sweet enough tmrc_emoticons.) I have found this recipe to be the simplest and it's exactly what I was looking for. Thank you. I just wanted to know if I could increase the temperature in step one and step 2? Thanks again, love it!

Worked perfectly, I did use about 150g of yoghurt starter because I had to use it up amd only 100g of sugar.
But great recipe for when my usual yoghurt won't set because of the weather.

    Thank you!
