Ran out of apricots and substituted cranberries, also added lime juice to stop Apple discolouring - we are empty nesters.!
Used almond grounds left over from making almond milk. Added 100g almonds processed .5 Turbo for crunch. Will be good for two more breakfasts!
All in all wonderful served with sour cherry Lebna.
Oh my!!!! We LOVE this recipe...so quick and so simple, but so very delicious! Often we don't feel like much for breakfast, but CADA has changed that! I now look forward to my CADA breakfasts...and sneak some for snacks throughout the day. It's really yummy!!!

Using differnent types of coconut will yield a different result. I have used:
Dessicated (finer muesli)
Shredded (my shreds were VERY large so the muesli had a nice course oat texture)
Shaved (very oaty looking)

I've made a cherry ripe one as well, but hubby likes the tropical best as he loved tropical muesli before we were GAPS
