How much vinegar was used? Looking forward to making this.
I have made this a couple of times now but added vinegar, love the taste thank you
We love this relish! I have added carrot also when short on other ingredients! We enjoy this relish with eggs for breakfast, on quinoa salad for lunch and instead of tomato sauce with dinner
I did not particularly like this, but am going to try it again with vinegar added. I have made a similar recipe in the past that I love, but it does have vinegar.

How long does this relish keep. I thought it unusual not to use vinegar, as this is the ingredient that helps preserve the relish. Would like to try this.
Love this recipe!
I have made this one several times and it's always a big hit. Mix half and half with cream cheese for a simple but delicious dip. A perfect companion for cheese and crackers.
