If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Fantastic recipe! Tastes just like the bread top sausage buns...very authentic. Note that this is MEANT to be a sweet bread so if you don't want it so sweet, you can reduce the sugar but this is pretty close to the original as is.

I didn't have (and couldn't find) wheat starch so left it out and it still turned out fine. My kids loved it and it kept well in a sealed container in the fridge for a couple of days. I had leftover dough (and not enough frankfurts) so I froze the leftover and then used the dough a few days later and it still turned out.

This will be a regular in the rotation for lunches...thank you for sharing

Loved these! Taste just like Bread Top’s. I didn’t have starch, but still turned out perfectly. Have constant requests to make again!

Dough is far too sweet next time I will reduce the sugar content significantly. But great to work with very light an fluffy. I also had no starch but recipe was great anyway. Easy lunch box treats.

I had lots of left over so made some ham and cheese pockets. Will be great next time now I know not to add so much sugar.
