Gluten Free Bread (easy and quick)
- 160 gram rice (any rice you have at home)
- 120 gram sago or tapioca flour
- 50 gram Corn Flour
- 80 gram Quinoa Grain
- 65 gram mix of pepitas and sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoons Himalayan salt
- 20 gram raw or cononut sugar
- 400 gram warm water
- 30 gram olive/rice bran/cocnonut/academia oil, either one will work
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 large egg
- 3 teaspoon baking powder GF

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Place rice, quinoa and raw sugar in TM and mill till flour consistency. I did 45 seconds at speed 9
2. All all other ingredients, water, seeds, oil, vinegar and egg into bowl and mix speed 4-5 for 10 seconds
3. Knead for 1min 30 secs on closed lid position
4. Place in lined bread tin and sit for 10 minutes or so.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes fan forced oven.
Note: Mix will be very liquid when placed in tin, dont worry it comes out beautifully!

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
