I'm cooking this today

Recipe's preparation

Pre-heat Oven to 200 degs fan forced 180 deg or Conventional Cut rounds of baking paper and line 1 or 2 baking trays
  1. Place all ingredients into the Mixing Bowl Closed lid"Closed lid" . Mix on Speed 6 for about 30secs. You will know when it is mixed.

Scrape down the sides of the bowl to ensure all ingredients are mixed together then put into another bowl ready to put on oven trays. I find it easier than getting the dough out of the TMX bowl. The mixture is quite thick and more like a cake batter but its ok.

Cut out rounds of baking paper the size you want yours to be. In this photo my rounds were 15 cms I did a smaller size for Hamburgers which were 9 cms but your choice. Spoon the mixture onto your rounds using the back of a spoon. The thickness will determine how  many you get. Leave around 5 cms between each round.

Bake for 15mins and when done remove from tray with a spatula or smooth knife and cool on wire rack.

You can sprinke these with any topping you like before they go into the oven.

    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
