- 10 grams Linseed,Quinoa,Oats, Sunflower seeds, Wheat Germ, LSA, Seseme Seed
- 15 grams pumpkin seeds
- 385 grams bread flour

Add buttermilk, yeast, oil and improver. 2 mins 37° sp 2. Add flour mix 15 sec speed 2.5. "Dough mode" 4 mins. add grain mix "Dough mode" 1 min. Put mix into bowl / thermomatt in a warm spot to double in size. Hand knead into shape put in bread tin for second prove let rise. Then bake in hot (200°) oven 20 mins

Love my thermomix!
Great bread recipe for dense-style loaves such as bruschetta or ciabatta. The load is only a small size (although it may just not have doubled in size enough) perfect for people who like this type of loaf. It is quite tasty and great for toasting but I wouldn't recommend for sandwiches etc. Thanks!
