Yum! A hit with the kids! Mine were a bit strange in shape ( they spread and flattened in parts) but  a hit anyway.  I have a fan forced oven maybe that's why?  tmrc_emoticons.)

I love the idea of adding herbs, and great to know that GF plain flour worked well. Thanks tmrc_emoticons.)

I haven't tried to freeze them, as they usually disappear in one sitting here. Howevedon't can't see any reason why they wouldn't. If you do try freezing them I would love to hear how you go tmrc_emoticons.-)

Most of our family are gluten free. As I am also yeast free, these were wonderful! I used gluten free plain flour instead of the tapioca flour. I also added herbs. They were easy to make, stayed together really well and were really yummy! Thanks for the recipe. We will definitely be making these again!
