I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Heat water 37deg 3 mins. Add yeast and sugar and leave for 5 mins.
Add remaining ingredients and mix 5 seconds sp7. Knead for 6 mins.
Turn dough onto mat sprinkled with flour
Knead into a ball. Wrap in thermomat or place in oiled bowl. Cover with a clean tea towel
Let rise in warm spot for 45 mins or until doubled in size.
Punch down. Knead into oval shape and place in greased and floured bread loaf tin.
Again place tea towel over and place in a warm spot until risen to top of tin.
Cook at 180deg for about 40 mins. I put a tray of water in the bottom of the oven for a crunchy crust, and when out of the tin, place it back in the oven for 5 mins to crisp up the bottom.
