- 350 g water
- 2 tsp dried instant yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 500 g Flour, Plain

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
- Add 350g of water and 2tsp dry yeast into the mixing bowl,
mix 2min on speed 2 "Closed lid" - Add 1tsp salt and 500 g flour, mix 2min on dough function "Dough mode"
- Let it dough rise for 1 hour in the bowl (Pre-heat oven to 230C/450F)
- After the dough has risen, transfer to a bread pan
- Place in the oven at 230C/450F for 1 hour
- Remove from pan and place on a rack to cool, slice, and enjoy.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
