Ingredients

45 g wholemeal flour. 150g plain flour

  • 150 grams plain flour
  • 45 grams wholemeal flour, or ground wheat
  • 1 tbsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 110 grams water
  • 40 grams black & white sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Recipe's preparation

    Sesame Lavosh
  1. Grind wheat to make wholemeal flour on sp 9 for 30 sec .

    Add plain flour, oregano & salt.

    Mix well . Sp 6  for 3 sec.

    Add - 

    20 g mixed black & White sesame seeds 

    110g water

    40g Olive oil 

    1 tsp sesame oil 

    Mix 4 sec sp 6 

    Knead 1 min.

    Divide into 4 , roll each portion very thinly and lay on baking sheet or on thermomat . Bake for 15 - 20 min until browned slightly.. Store in airtight container.

    I’ve just made these and can clarify that I used 40gm olive oil, 1 tsp sesame oil, 40gm sesame seeds. I cooked them at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
    They’ve turned out really nice!

    fazes25: My interpretation of the reciepe is that its 20gmrs of white and 20grms of black seeds - I could be wrong but if i was to make it thats what I would do.
    I hope you've had sucess making it since last year.

    This recipe seems a bit mixed up. There is no olive oil in the ingredients list but it is in the preparation. Also it lists 40grms of sesame seeds in the ingredients but only 20grms in the preparation. I would like to make this but am a little confused.
