- 10 portions bread
- 2 piece potatoes
- 1 piece Beetroot
- 1 piece cucumber
- 1 piece onion
- 1 portions Butter
- to taste salt

- Boil or steam the beetroots and potatoes till they are soft.
Once cooled, thinly cut the beetroot and cut the potatoes.
Peel and thinly cut the onion and cucumber.
Cut the tomatoes also.
Trim the edges of the bread slices if the need be.
Butter the bread slices uniformly and quite well.
Presently spread the Orient Asian Mexican Sauce to the slices.
Put all the veggie cuts individually.
Sprinkle the black salt and chaat masala on every single one of them or alternatively.
Place the other bread slices on these ones.
Cut into triangles and square shapes.
Serve veg sandwich promptly with tomato ketchup and the Orient Asian Mexican sauce .

For Best Results I use Mexican sauce from OrientAsian. They have a range of Asian flavoured products which are amazing in taste like Sri Lankan Curry Paste , red chilli paste, Momo chutney,Orient Asian Thai Green Curry Paste etc
