Ingredients
White Loaf with Sparkling Water
- 2 level teaspoons dried yeast
- 1 level teaspoons sugar
- 500 g bakers flour
- 2 level teaspoons bread improver
- 270 g sparkling water, Not soda water changes the flavour
- 1 level tablespoons salt, less if you want but there must be salt
- 15 g olive oil

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
- 1. Add sugar, yeast and sparkling water into"Closed lid" then S3 for 3 seconds.
2. Now add all other ingredients with the salt last. Blend briefly S7 for 15 seconds.
3. Knead for 5 minutes.
4. Transfer to a Thermomat or greased coverd bowl and rest for 30 minutes.
5. Turn out dough and punch down. Rool into a log to fit your greased loaf pan.
6. Slash the top and spray lightly with water. Cover and leave to rise 30 mins.
7. Place into a cold overn set to 190C and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Turn out of loaf pan and cool immediately on a wire rack.
Method
Tip
When the bread is in the oven and you want a crusty loaf spray water on the top every 10minutes.
To test the bread to ensure that it is cook, turn out of pan and tap the base of the bread if it has a hollow sound then it is cooked if not put it back for a further 4 minutes.
