- 300ml lukewarm water
- 500g Plain Wholemeal Flour
- 50ml olive oil
- 1tbs dried yeast
- 2tsp bread improver
- 20g honey
- 1tsp salt

Add water and yeast to TM bowl, heat 2min/37deg/speed 1
Add flour, oil, bread improver, honey and salt. Then "Dough mode" /8 mins
Let dough to prove in TM for approx 30 mins
Punch down dough and "Dough mode" /2 mins Meanwhile, preheat oven to 200C
Grease and line a tin with baking paper. Roll dough into oblong shape and place in tin to prove for another 30 mins in a warm place
Bake in oven on 200C for 30-40 mins until loaf is golden
Tip
If you want to add any seeds, add no more than 100g. Add seeds with the flour. I like to add sunflower, chia and flaxseeds.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
