Ingredients

Wool Roll Bread

  • 80 ml Milk
  • 1 tsp dried instant yeast
  • 300 g flour
  • 5 g salt
  • 30 g sugar
  • 10 g milk powder
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g dried cranberries
  • 50 g chocolate chips

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. (lightly greas a round cake tin )
    1) Soak cranberries in water to become plump and juicy
    2) Place milk and yeast into bowl (time 30 seonds temp 37 speed 1)
    3) Add all dry ingredients (time 30 seconds speed 2)
    4) Add cream and egg ( time 6 minutes kneeding mode)
    5) Remove dough and place onto lightly floured board roll into ball (dough will be sticky) place into lightly greased bowl or use your mat cover and let rise for 1 hour
    6) Drain cranberries and chop put aside
    7) After 1 hour flaten doung into circle and divide into 5 equale parts
    tmrc_emoticons.8) Roll each section into balls and cover let sit for 15 minutes
    9) Using rolling pin one at a time roll out to a oval shape around 25 cm long
    10) Cut slits into half the oval place small amount of chopped cranberries and some chocolate chips onto non cut end of oval and fold in slides and roll up to form a log place into prepared greased round cake tin do the same to the rest of the balls
    11) cover and let sit to rise for 1 hour then lightly brush with milk
    12) bake in preheated one of 170 deg cel for between 20 -25 minutes oven temp vary

Tip

can cut dough into more pieces if wanting smaller rolls
can put what ever you like as a filling
