Recipe's preparation

    Making the bread
  1. Dough mode"Dough mode" Line baking tray with paper and set aside.
    place the water,sugar and yeast into mixing bowl and mix 1 min/37°c /Speed 2.
  2. add flour, butter, and salt and knead
    doughDough mode"Dough mode" /2 min.
    Transfer dough to a bowl and cover with lightly oiled cling film.
  3. To bake:
    Transfer dough onto prepared baking tray and shape into a loaf or rolls or buns,depending on your preferences .(see tips)

    Dust with flour, place baking tray in cold oven and bake for 30-40
    min Sous-vide"Sous-vide" 220°C according to the bread shape and size. Allow to cool on a cooling rack before slicing.

Tip

You shouldnt Touch/roll the Dough too much or else it will be hard to shape.
