- 1 Dark Chilli Chocolate, 250g
- 1 milk chocolate, 250g
- 1 can Condensed milk.
- 65 grams Butter
Topping (Optional)
- Macadamia Nuts, Crushed to your liking

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Break both blocks of chocolate up and MILL at Speed 9 for 10 Seconds.
2. Pour condensed milk and butter into TM bowl ontop of MILLED chocolate and cook at 100 Degrees for 10 Minutes on Speed 3.
4. Pour quickly into lined tin Approx (25cm x 15cm) and refridgerate until set.
5. Cut into desired portions and keep in airtight container in the fridge. *I like to cut into 2.5cm x 5cm pieces.
1. Crush Macadamia Nuts to desired size. This may be able to be done in the TM but I am still learning.
2. After you have poured the Fudge Mixture into tray and before it sets and slicing into pieces, sprinkle crushed macadamia nuts ontop and pat down almost into the mixture.

Tip
Not sure how long it keeps for in the fridge, but after you try it I'm guessing it won't be in fridge for more than 4 days.
