I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Place dates, apple, coconutand almonds into the Thermomix. Close lid and press TURBO button a few times until mixture is to desired texture. Add the oats and hazelnut meal and mix for 10-20 seconds on speed 3. Depending on whether you like a fine or chunky crumple topping mixture, varies how long you mix for, make it as you like! Spread over any fruit dessert creation you like..... i do mine over a rhubarb, apple and rasberry cooked fruit mixture/creation
Tip
to make it a gluten free a think you can get gluten free porridge oats that may work just as well, otherwise i would be interested to know anyone elses idea to make it gluten free!?
