- 350-400 g ripe bananas, sliced in 2-3cm pieces, frozen
- 15 g Smooth peanut butter, (unsalted)
- 10 g raw cacao powder
- 30 g Salted Peanuts, roughly chopped (optional)

- Add frozen bananas, peanut butter and raw cocoa powder to the TM bowl. Blend 30 seconds / speed 7 MC in.
- Serve immediately. Add chopped peanuts as a topping (optional)
Tip
You can make your own peanut butter before making your Niice-Cream and leave the bowl "dirty" instead of adding the 15grams.
The riper the bananas are, the sweeter the Niice-Cream will be.
For a nut-free version, omit peanut butter/peanuts.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
