I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Add cocoa, cornflour & sugar to bowl and mix 15 sec / speed 8.
2. Add milk and mix 20 sec / speed 4 to combine.
3. Cook 9 mins / 90 degrees - speed 4
4. Once cooked, allow to cool slightly before pouring into a bowl (or individual cups) and placing cling wrap over the top (touching the top of the mix so there is no air in between) to prevent a 'skin' forming.
5. Refridgerate for at least 4 hours (or until completely cold) and serve.

Tip
For a strawberry version subsitute the cocoa and half of the sugar for 2 tbsp of strawberry quick. Will keep up to 3 days in an air tight container in the fridge.

Mumma knows best:
Yes, I left mine over night in the fridge and it thickened. I didnt think it was going to, definitely needs longer than 4 hours.
Hi could someone please tell me does this thicken once chilled or stay as it is warm? Cheers 😀
This was a hit with the kids.
Can't wait to try the strawberry version
worked a treat for me!
Grandson loves it. Asks all the ime if I can make
Awesome recipe! 4 basic ingredients, super easy & my family love it! Thank you! *I use non-dairy milk & works perfect every time!
Jessleighton:mine did the same. I added more cornflour when it finished the first 9nin and popped it back on for another 5min and it thickened up
I’ve made this before and it was perfect, but last night it didn’t work for me it’s just a bowl
of liquid 😔 I followed directions exactly any suggestions on if I can get it to set? Should I try re cooking it? I have no idea where I went wrong!
Kids loved it. Will be a regular made school snack.
Yum! To get the full effect of Yogo, you need to wait for it to fully chill. I took it out the day after and it was perfectly smooth with a good wobble. I did 3/4 sugar.
