Ingredients
Thermolove Pasta Sauce
- 10 sprigs fresh parsley, (leaves only)
- 6 sprigs fresh basil, (leaves only)
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 Large Brown Onion, (halved)
- 1 Large carrot, (cut into thirds)
- 130 g olive oil
- 800 g canned diced tomatoes
- 380 g water
- 60 g tomato paste
- 25 grams Vegetable stock paste
- 30 grams raw sugar
- 20 grams Worcestershire sauce
- 1 heaped teaspoons white pepper
- 2 heaped teaspoons salt

- 1. Place garlic, onion, carrot & herbs into TM bowl. "Closed lid"
2. "Blend" 20 sec / speed 6. Scrape down sides of bowl. "Closed lid"
3. "Blend" 20 sec/ speed 4. Scrape down sides of bowl. "Closed lid"
4. Add 130g Olive Oil. "Closed lid"
5. Cook 5 min / 100 degrees / speed 2.
6. Add remaining ingredients. "Closed lid"
7. Cook 30 min / 110 degrees / speed "Gentle stir setting"
8. Serve immediately or pour into sterilized jars to store, or containers to freeze.

Beautiful on it's own with pasta, or add your choice of minced meat or meatballs as desired.
