Ingredients
Non-Fried Fried Rice
- 2 carrots, Chopped/pre chopped frozen
- 1 stick Celery, Sliced
- 100 g button mushrooms, Sliced
- 100 g Frozen Corn Kernals
- 200 g frozen peas
- 20 g sesame oil
- 1 onion, peeled
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 4-6 Rindless Bacon Rashers
- 350 g basmati rice
- 950 g water
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tbsp kecap manis, or soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- choped BBQ chicken, optional, for a bigger meal

- Put 1 Onion, peeled, quartered & 2 garlic cloves, peeled into TM bowl, chop for 3 sec/speed 6
- Scrap sides & repeat 3 sec/speed 6
- Add 4-6 Rindless Bacon Rashers to bowl, chop for 2 sec/speed 5
- Scrape down the bowl, add the 20g sesame oil and saute for 5 min/100°C/speed 1
- Put 2 carrots, 1 stick Celery, 6 button mushrooms, 200 g frozen peas & 100 g Frozen Corn Kernals Put into varoma bowl.
- Add to Bacon mix to varoma bowl on top of other vegies.
- Don't wash the bowl
- add 350 g basmati rice to Basket, Place in bowl, put 950 g water into TM bowl,
- Put lid on and put varoma into place. Cook 15 min/100°C/speed 4
- Meanwhile wet & scrunch a piece of baking paper & lay on varoma tray. Pour eggs onto this. Cook for 5 min/Varoma/speed 4
- Cut egg up with spatula and add to a large bowl with the rice and vegetables.
- Add the 1 tbsp kecap manis, or soy sauce & 1 tbsp oyster sauce & combine all together. Enjoy!
Tip
Eggs are optional and everything can be substituted with gf versions (we are gf and egg free still tastes delicious)
